While traveling we had to have a slide-out topper replaced. We contacted Prime Solutions and they said they’d do whatever it takes to get us back on the road ASAP! We had a new slide-out topper shipped to Prime Solutions, which arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and they installed it first thing the next morning. We were back on the road by 9:30 a.m.! Jody, James, and Dan are extremely talented and true professionals in every way! They do excellent work at a reasonable price! We’re going to have them do some renovations to our Coach! We had just purchased a motorhome and drove it from California. On the way to Indiana, we noticed a few things we wanted to have looked at so took it to Prime Solutions. Dan spent about half an hour going over the things we wanted looked at and answered all of our questions. Instead if charging us, he made some easy fix suggestions to do on our own to save $$$. Definitely recommend.
